About me
Hi, I'm Patrick; I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and a member of the Approved Driving Instructors National Joint Council. I am passionate about road safety and I love driving; ask my wife!

My passion is being able to help people and make a real difference in their lives. This inspired me to change career and train as a driving instructor because I wanted a job with real satisfaction. There is nothing better than seeing someone pass their test first time. I was also always being told by friends and work colleagues that I was a calm and relaxed type of person and that I would make a great Driving Instructor.

So why did I train with LDC? Simple really; their training was second to none in order to make me the best driving instructor I can be. They did not let me down and they still provide regular training to ensure I am updated regularly on the latest coaching techniques. Lessons with me are held in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and with the unique LDC method in the latest adult coaching and training techniques. You can be assured the training I give will be of the highest standard. I chose to work with LDC because everybody is different and the LD System allows for flexibility in lessons so that you learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible. The LD System just helps me to do this more effectively.

I live in Darlington with my wife, Bronia, and her two children Caitlin and Christian. I have two boys, Lawrence and Pascal, from my previous marriage. I have lived in and loved the North-East area since 1992 when I left my native France and came to work in England. I loved it so much I stayed!

I have an enthusiasm for Astronomy and Sciences in general and I am also an avid reader of - you might have guessed - Science-Fiction literature, although I dabble in other genres from time to time.
